- 所有鮮花，永生花，乾花製品，包括但不限於花束，花藍，花球，禮品等，均為客製化產品，不設取消、退換及退款。
- 鮮花為自然產物，花材的顏色、形態、大小及供應均會受到季節、產地及氣候等不同因素影響。如花材供應短缺，我們會以相似顏色、同等或更高價值的花材代替。
- 由於花藝品由人手製作，同時亦受當時的花材影響，因此無法做到完全一樣，但我們會參考並盡量與圖片符合一致。
- 所有圖片僅供參考。
- 所有鮮花，永生花，乾花均因自然因素而有大小，顏色的差異，而由於每部電腦的顯示器設置不同，以及拍攝時燈光照射等原因，實物顏色與照片略有差異屬正常情況。所有商品顏色皆以實物為準。
- 依照通常運送條件，貨物取回時將逾保存期限、或已變質或損壞的商品均不接受退款。
- 如對收到的產品有任何意見，請即時聯絡我們反映，並請保持產品原狀及提供照片，以便我們跟進及處理。
- If the customer wants to cancel the order of flower products, he must notify the store three days before the designated pick-up date, and no refund arrangement will be made after the deadline.
- All orders will be shipped on the specified date once the payment is confirmed.
- 如香港天文台發出以下警告，送貨服務將會暫停或受延誤：
